Shipping policy
All orders are delivered free of charge within the Netherlands and Belgium.
Carrier
Your order is standard delivered with PostNL within the Netherlands. At busy times we also use other carriers such as DHL. You will receive a shipping confirmation from us with a track & trace code and you will then receive an update by email with the delivery information from the relevant carrier.
Delivery time
We use the following delivery times in the Netherlands and Belgium if you have ordered before 23:30 :
- Ordered on Monday = delivered on Tuesday
- Ordered on Tuesday = delivered on Wednesday
- Ordered on Wednesday = delivered on Thursday
- Ordered on Thursday = delivered on Friday
- Ordered on Friday = delivered on Saturday
- Ordered on Saturday = delivered on Tuesday
- Ordered on Sunday = delivered on Tuesday
